How the ridge of her supple lips, leads ever so gracefully down the line of her chin and down her neck. Have you ever just looked and thought, how? How can her skin be so firm but touch lighter than a feather? How can she glow brighter than gold and in one look make everything move in slow motion?
Black Boys Dont Cry
Black Boys Don’t Cry is a project designed to deconstruct the ideals of black masculinity and manhood in the 21st century. BBDC is led by three creative mediums (spoken word, videography and photography) in order to bring to light the challenges that young black men face in today’s society.
Sergio Tacchini is an Italian fashion designer of sportswear and former professional tennis player. The sportswear firm bearing his name is located in Bellinzago Novarese, Novara, Italy.
Ezekixl was approached by their junior director Adam Muscat to create visuals/content that will bring the brand into the current creative zeitgeist. We brainstormed ideas and concepts that could be used to make the pieces more appealing relevant to the current working class.
He quickly came to the word ” Sports”, meaning even though Sergio Tachinni was a Tennis brand. Who says it can’t be worn for other sports? i.e skating. So Ezekixl embarked on creating a Skate Documentary that would resonate with the hearts of today’s consumer.
